the rogner hotel is a beautiful place with a relaxed feel. the staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic, especially the made-to-order omelettes. the location is prime, just a short walk to the presidential palace and the prime minister's office. i loved lounging by the pool, surrounded by palm trees, it felt like a little oasis!
